Finishing my 85,000 plus-word mystery was easy only because I'd written the end before I knew what the middle would be.

Full disclosure, I'm one of those people who reads the last page of a book first just to make sure I'm going to like how it ends.

I started writing my book after I'd attended the virtual launch for my friend's first cozy mystery in September. The night she had a virtual launch for her second cozy, I sent queries to three literary agents.

Two days later, one of them answered back asking to read my full manuscript.
